A proposal for this property was reviewed under Formal Consultation application FC-23-071.  The applicant proposed a nine storey mixed use building containing 176 dwelling units, 290 square metres of commercial space and 182 parking spaces.  The Formal Consultation Document that outlines the required materials that must accompany a future Zoning By-law Amendment and Official Plan Amendment was issued July 12, 2023.  To date, the Planning Division has not received any new development applications to move the proposal forward.
