A proposal for this property was reviewed under Formal Consultation application FC-23-042.  The applicant proposed a 15 storey apartment dwelling containing 214 units and 246 parking spaces.  The Formal Consultation Document  that outlines materials required for a future Zoning By-law Amendment application was issued April 20, 2023.     To date, the Planning Division has not received any new development applications to move the proposal forward.
