Zoning By-law Amendment application ZAC-21-011 and Offical Plan Amendment UHOPA-21-006  is currently being processed for this property.  The applicant is proposing a change in zoning to permit a 4-storey apartment building containing 46 dwelling units and 67 parking spaces.  The  Official Plan Amendment is to amend the policies of the Western Development Area Secondary Plan to establish a Site Specific Policy to permit a low-rise apartment building with a maximum net residential density of 141 units per hectare.    The last resubmission received with respect to the applications was in October 2023 and a Public Meeting date has not been set.
