The applicant has submitted Site Plan Control application DA-23-012 to construct a multiple dwelling consisting of 43 and 36 storey towers connected via a 5 storey podium and containing a total of 933 residential and 16 live-work units. A total of 1,160 vehicular parking spaces (82 surface parking spaces and 1078 interior parking spaces in a five level above ground and two level underground parking garage), 496 bicycle parking spaces and 4,133 square metres of indoor and outdoor amenity space is also being proposed. Conditional Approval is expected to be issued soon.
