The proposal includes a 5 story building with a central outdoor courtyard and 89 surface parking spaces. A Formal Consultation Document that outlines materials required for future Zoning By-law Amendment, Official Plan Amendment and Site Plan Control applications was issued January 13th, 2023, and an addendum was issued June 20, 2023. To date, the Planning Division has not received any new development applications to move the proposal forward.
