A life-long Winona resident, proud sixth-generation Stoney Creeker, father of four, respected business owner, busy volunteer and community leader.

Jeff is passionate about Stoney Creek, Fruitland and Winona, and as your community representative at Hamilton City Hall, Jeff works hard every day to make things better!

With his wife Tina, he owns and operates Winona Gardens, founded by his grandfather in 1953 on the Family Farm purchased by his Great Grandfather in 1890.
In 2018 Jeff received the Stoney Creek Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious Legacy Award, on behalf of Winona Gardens for over 65 years of service to our community!
Jeff is an Orchard Park Secondary School alumnus and graduate of the Niagara College Business Administration program with a specialization in Operations Management

Enabled badly needed investments in our Ward 10 Parks, Roads & Sidewalks
Supported important community initiatives like the Stoney Creek Foodbank, Seniors Outreach and the Stoney Creek Community Garden
Created the only Ward-specific, Community-Based Youth Council in the City for engaged Stoney Creek Highschool and Middle School students
Improved communication between City Hall and Ward 10 with frequent print, email, social media and video updates to the community
Expanded and improved transit in our Community
Worked directly with Hamilton Police to improve Police presence in the Ward
Built a responsive and courteous Office Team with a focus on excellent Customer Service
Collaborated with Councillors in neighbouring towns (Grimsby & Lincoln) to expand transit into West Niagara and the upcoming Grimsby GO Train Station
Advocated for more support for rural Communities and Farm businesses from the Provincial Government through the Rural Ontario Municipal Association
Voted against tax increases, stormwater fees (Rain Tax) and the Vacant Unit Tax
