  • Municipal election donations are not tax deductible. 

  • Donations of $100 or more must be recorded with a full name and address. 
    Under Provincial Law, this information will be disclosed as part of a candidate's public financial statements. 

  • Under Provincial Law, Cash donations cannot exceed $25. 

  • The maximum donation from an individual to a single candidate is $1,200.

  • The maximum total for all candidates in the same jurisdiction (same Council or school board) is $5,000.

  • A receipt must be issued by the Candidate before the end of the Campaign period (End of Year)

  • If making an E-Transfer contribution, please fill out the below form and include your full name and address

  • All E-Transfer contributions will be matched to the Donor Form below before being deposited

  • Donations without proper names and addresses cannot be accepted
